Good for a month in all pick-3 jurisdictions?
Published:
Doing an experiment with 20 three digit combos to see if there is at least one straight or box hit in every pick-3 jurisdiction. Won’t call it a system because I’m using all 10 digits in each digit position twice.

There are no doubles but each drawing has a 72% chance of producing either a straight or box hit. Don’t expect to show an overall profit; just hoping to get a hit in every state and provincial jurisdiction in the month of October. I'll try to check the results every couple of days.
Comments
California - 830 - straight, Colorado - 265 - box, Delaware - 256 - box, Maryland - 329 - box and 821 - box, Michigan - 946 - box, Ontario - 392 - straight, and Wisconsin -136 - box.
When all the data is in, I'll explain how easy it is for anyone to be an "good in all states" predictor and how the 20 combos are arranged to get hits in every jurisdiction each month.

To get a "box or straight hit in each pick-3 jurisdiction in the month of October", I used two sets of ten combos each with one of the 10 digits in each digit position. Each set represents 60 box single combos with a guarantee of matching two digits when a single is drawn. There is a probability of each set getting at least a box hit in every 22 drawings. And the probability of getting a straight hit is the same as any other set of 10 combos, but while the 10 out of 1000 is the same, using each digit in each digit position gives a true 1 in 100.
So next time somebody says their 50 combos "are good in all states for a month", there is nothing special about their predictions.
But there is no system showing how to pick 11 front pairs any data to show the win/loss ratio. Have no clue as to why it's in the Systems Forum.
