Nova Scotia,Canada and Covid 19!

Hi friend's, well i am stressed out i feel fear having to wear a face mask because of Covid 19, otherwise known as Coronavirus!

I wonder, who has the virus and who does not.

It is protection, but not 100 percent I do not think.

I heard on the news yesterday that we should wear 2 mask the throw away kind on our face and
a cloth one over it...I tried it yesterday and could not breathe good so had to take one off.

I have been stressed too Elizabeth but I pray and read the bible and a great devotional book
the name of it is Abundant Living by E stanley Jones...you can find them on Amazon very inexpensive but I got mine in 2016 in a GoodWill store.

Thank you very much, i will read about it on the computer. I pray every day. And wear 2 face mask's on my face, they are difficult to breathe in. but take them off if i am alone.
