Election officials treat voting ballots in a haphazard fashion in this country.
Quite disturbing.

Ballots show up at the back door of the counting station in a vehicle from who knows where.

Al Franken had ballots show up at the last minute in the trunk of a car.

Delay counting to go round up more ballots for their candidate.
