No merit period. No other state can tell another state how to run it's state or how it handles voting. READ the Constitution.

Thanks Spartan. Thank you for your last post on my blog.   

I would expect those who have filed suit have READ the Constitution, KNOW the statutes, have PASSED THE BAR in their respective states.

I'm observing events with an open mind.
