I have been reading about this by attorney L. Lin Wood. I highly doubt he would put his reputation and his case in jeopardy if it wasnt true. There appears to be more to this story than this response. Justices Alito and Thomas wanted to hear the case but Roberts and Breyer chose not to hear the case because they did not want to give President Trump another four years as well as the issue of riots. It is being played down and is not fully truthful. IMO, Roberts is a TRAITOR. Dont know much about Breyer but he certainly was going along with Roberts.
