Almost every cabinet member or associate of Trump has run afoul of the law. Trump’s cabinet has been a revolving door, l would hardly call that a success. However it wouldn’t work. In college l was on the debate team & the “ problem” with that is l would “ get into it” in a nice way with people responding if l thought their opinion was completely off base.

As for using a teleprompter, it’s there for a reason. Reagan used it effectively, so did Clinton & Obama, plus they had good speech writers. The problem with Trump is that at times he went off topic and winged it. Let’s see how Biden does, if he comes across lousy, we will call him on it.
