Try telling those AG's who signed the Texas AG's hit on Georgia where it finally failed before the SCOTUS. As for all those Republicans that signed onto this bill, they just as culpable.

So there was no lawsuit filed with the SCOTUS from the AG of Texas, that Cruz was prepared to handle in front of the justices? That 16 or 17 AG's from bordering States did not sign onto Paxton' s lawsuit. To think Trump had Cruz on his list for a seat on the SCOTUS, talk about madness.
