Ivermectin is the drug he is talking about

I looked up this drug and it appears this Dr appeared before the Senate on Dec 8th. By Dec 11th that claim was shot down that it is effective against covid from the CDC. It is used for treating parasites. This doctor may mean well, but it " appears" this drug is NOT a cure. Good read nonetheless big guy.

NG, It's already FDA approved. This article is from 6/2020. (It's much longer.) Keep in mind the Dr. in the video has done much further research since this article came out.

Abstract
Although several clinical trials are now underway to test possible therapies, the worldwide response to the COVID-19 outbreak has been largely limited to monitoring/containment. We report here that Ivermectin, an FDA-approved anti-parasitic previously shown to have broad-spectrum anti-viral activity in vitro, is an inhibitor of the causative virus (SARS-CoV-2), with a single addition to Vero-hSLAM cells 2 h post infection with SARS-CoV-2 able to effect ~5000-fold reduction in viral RNA at 48 h. Ivermectin therefore warrants further investigation for possible benefits in humans.

Medical experts do not agree with this doctor's recommendations G. If what he says is TRUE, why would nations all over the world be we waiting for a vaccine if this thing was the real deal & already on their shelves? Who wants to see their loved ones or others loved ones die when we already have the cure? Are we to assume that the CDC & other health agencies are all for seeing hundreds of thousands Americans dying on a daily basis, that thinking is absurd, right G?

Why don't we already have it? Same reason why they said hydroxychloroquine wasn't any good at first either. Who said it wasn't good? You remember? It was a cheap, inexpensive alternative that had been around for 60 years. Which means big pharma won't make a ton of cash off it. Unforturnately that's how it is, anything that hurts their profits gets shut down.
Example. You get a a pain somewhere, you go to the Dr. He gives you a 90 day RX. The pain goes away. You're happy. Three days after the RX runs out the pain is back. Why? They treated the symptom (the pain), not what was causing the pain in the first place. Result, you get another 90 day RX and take the RX forever, or until they treat the cause. Meanwhile they get rich.
Another example. You see the drug commercials on tv. At the end they list about 20 side effects. You take the med, you get a side effect, they give you a RX for the side effect which causes another, and so on and so on. You're popping pills all day, they get rich.
Ask your Dr if XXX is right for you. It sure is! Cha-ching.
