Several House Reps noticed tour groups not wearing masks the day before and thought it odd because the Capital Building was closed to tours starting in March 2020. Doesn't make it illegal because it could be a new member of Congress or a new staff member.

There is a question of how the mob knew exactly which unmarked office belonged to the Speaker and other prominent House members including Republicans. Wouldn't be surprised if one or two House Reps were expelled and one or two Senators censored depending on the evidence they have.
