Funniest thing I have seen 

New York City a "city" has got bigger budget than 47 states in the US 😆😆😆😆

Only 3 "states" budget is bigger than the city of New York budget and among the 3 states is NY "state" itself which obviously includes city of new york if New York City is excluded then NY state is also way below New York City 😆😆😆😆😆

No wonder the huge difference between rural subarban places(which includes rest of NY state and staten island even though staten island falls inside of NYC but have nothing in common and isolated from the rest of NYC mind you😆) and New York City in terms of health care,hospitality,public transportation

access to technology and internet,recreational activities etc 😆😆😆 

NYC is also helped because of huge investment money flowing into NYC from countries like CHINA,JAPAN,S KOREA,SAUDI ARABIA,QATAR,UAE,KUWAIT,RUSSIA

GERMANY and many other wealthy countries and also because of all the banks headquarters and the stock market being located in this city 😆😆😆 and also all the news channels(Fox,CNN,NBC,MSNBC etc)that make money off of subarban population 😆😆😆 all of em are located in Manhattan  probably that's why NYC gov is being able to get close to 100 billion dollars worth of budget every year which is very big for a city 

Oh and NY lottery also got the biggest revenue among all states each year with majority of the revenue generated from New York City 😆😆😆

Lottery revenue of the state is more than 3 billion dollars a year and probably being rigged from time to time to pick the numbers with less winners 😆😆

NY lottery is also accused of being rigged and fraud sometimes by players because there's no easy money out there
