So you want the long answer then? 1st: As President, Biden can sign whatever EO he wants and sees fit for the good of the people. He was voted in by the majority of Americans. 2nd: Unlike Trump, Biden is a seasoned Politician, has been VP for 8 years, he saw what Obama put in place, he also saw how Trump removed or replaced " stuff." 3rd: As President, he is correcting what he sees fit. Being in Washington for decades, unlike Don, he knows how the game is played, but as " doing good" that is still left to be seen.
