Twitter is banning tweeters again.

Published:

A real good friend of mine lost their posting privileges on Twitter today and they brought up the First Amendment again. I decided to use my "that's a shame" and "oh wow" looks, because I didn't want to explain exactly what the First Amendment says.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The last time I looked Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms including this one are not arms of the the U.S. Congress. And before joining almost every social media platform, we must agree to the site's terms and conditions. IMO it's really simple; if we want to post or tweet, we have to agree to their terms and conditions.

I suppose there are a couple of "no holds barred" social media sites, but probably not very many.

Twitter put their foot down because they don't need people who are going to spread lies and fear day in day out. It's a free service and if you think you going to break the rules, you have another thing coming.

All these folk who complain about Twitter flexing their muscles by blocking them forget that they are visitors on the site. In short, go start up your own twitter-like outfit and scream from the mountain tops, no one is listening anyway- especially politicians who think this is their world, and we just live in it.

Wonder who told lejardin to post meaningless BS on my Blog? Were you offered membership in the LP clique?

Or just a wanna-be drive-by crap spreader because you have no blog? https://www.lotterypost.com/blog/120566

Noise, can't comprehend why so many people can be that ignorant of what the First Amendment free speech clause means. Can show you examples of hypocrites that blocked us from posting on their blog, whining about their imaginary rights.

Wonder which one, both, or neither the religious right will find more offensive, obnoxious, or creepy. The Billy Bush interview or Rudy talking about peeking at a lady golfer's underwear. Opps, I forgot Graham and Falwell called the "grab them by the *****" remarks locker room Trump speak.

And the MAGA people still can't figure out why over 60 courts didn't take Rudy's voter fraud arguments seriously.

Twitter did the right thing by taking Donny’s means of communication away from him once he broke the rules. I mean he started his presidency that way, and abused his privileges.
You darn well know that had Twitter not acted the way they did, we would be still be getting flooded with “ l was robbed, there was fraud .” Most of all, he would have twittered some nasty nonsense on the inauguration & taken the thunder away from Biden. The guy never quits. Now l read that half the gop voters would abandon the party & follow Trump if he started a new party- how do you spell insanity, and we wonder how rational folks left the US mainland and followed Jim Jones to Guyana, and that didn’t end well as we all know. What the hell is in this Kool-aid?

Read where some the Trump supporters are now calling him a martre because he was "cheated out of winning an election" he lost by 7 million votes. Doubt they understand the meaning of the word martre, but what else is new.

They might even nominate Trump for sainthood after hearing the Supreme Court ruled a Manhattan DA can subpoena his tax records.

Twitter ban, what a blessing! No more madman's rants about phony election rig and much more. I'm really enjoying the sound of silence, at least for the time being.

I want Donny to start a new party, rip the gop apart & see whether they can agree on anything in the Congress & Senate. Let’s see who will attempt to displace Mitch, better not be Graham, the guy is a tool.

The really sad part was the "madman's rants" were being made by the President of the United States.

If any of his family members (those not facing criminal charges) want to take over the party, it will mean creating a new party.
