Sure they threw it out, as they should. The idea that just because you have a conservative advantage of 6-3 on the high court does not mean that those judges are there to rubber stamp anything their conservatives comrades pass their way.
They have to uphold the LAW.

The Presidential election that was held in Nox was the safest, not only was Krebs on the job, but so was the FBI, homeland security & other agencies paying more than the usual attention to have the votes were cast without interference from not only abroad, but at home as well. 45 was beating a drum that did not resonate with those overlooking the election. This election was for the most part fair. 45 lost because of incompetence, not fraud or some other nonsense that tickles the ears of those who refuse to accept defeat.

Put up someone of character next time, perhaps the voters will treat that person with more respect, but the voters can turn on you if you behave badly - just an FYI.
