It's that time of year again!

Published:

And while the NCAA Tourney is much better than last year's cancellation, it be at least another year until things finally get back to normal. What makes it worse for me is my team isn't in the dance this year.

Good luck on your brackets!

UCLA hasn’t been in the tournament since 2018, they have a 3-4 game losing streak & go up against Michigan with the winner becoming the 11th seed and facing Brigham young. It’s all uphill but l don’t see them getting past Georgetown or the other heavyweights.
At least they “ In.”

I had hopes (again) for Ohio State, but really didn't expect them to get to the final four.
I sure didn't expect them to lose to 15th seed ORU.

With the Buckeye lost there probably won't be any perfect brackets this year even though Yahoo has six right now. Bet lots of brackets had them in the elite eight. The Florida fans are still celebrating. Roy Williams never lost a first round game until yesterday, but not many brackets had his Tar Heels beating Baylor to get into the Sweet 16.

Great day if you like upsets because there were four more with 13 seed North Texas, 12 seed Oregon State, 10 seed Rutgers, and 11 seed Syracuse. Won't bet on it, but 2 seed Alabama is going to have their hands full with Iona today.

Lots of speculation around here as to what happened to the Kentucky team this year and much is aimed at the coach. But they did win one more game (9) than they have National Championships (8).

Anybody have VCU in their final four? Had some players testing positive for Covid so they're out and Oregon moves on without working up a sweat. So far not any big surprises today, but 12 seed Maryland is leading 7 seed U. Conn by 11 at the half

Anybody else have Ohio State and Illinois in their final four?

Must just a continuation of the "curse of 2020".

A LOT of upsets this year.
I was kinda pulling for North Texas. LOL. Denton is in my neck of the woods.

It looks like the Big Ten was highly overrated, but the high seeding were because teams in other conferences were effected more by Covid. Oregon is a great example of that because while they deserved a 7 seed, they played most of the regular season short handed.

Michigan and Maryland are the only Big Ten teams still in the tourney and Maryland plays number 2 seed Alabama and Michigan plays LSU. The Pac-12 has five teams still in.

If you're looking for a Texas team, 14 seed Abilene Christian is playing 11 seed UCLA right now.

Saw where the person in first place in the ESPN bracket challenge missed eleven outcomes so this year should go down a the hardest to pick of all time. Lots of people have Gonzaga, Baylor, and Houston in their final four, but picking UCLA in that group?

I'm not knocking them but they had to win a "play in game" just to make the 64 team field. It will be very difficult for UCLA to beat Gonzaga but was difficult beating Michigan to get the chance to play.
