i've been trying this out

i've been trying out this system for north carolina and i have applied it to other states. the hits be there i just haven't been able to perfect it just yet. perhaps someone else can break it down .

i based it on the testing of the machines 5 times before a draw.

i have used this on illinois, new york, maryland, dc, va, florida, new jersey, an north carolina. i just haven't been able to narrow the numbers down. so for myself i check them against the numbers i come up with from follow ups.

what do you mean by testing of the machines?

before the numbers are drawn they run a test run of each machine to make sure that they are working properly.most run the trial runs about 5 times before the machine is stated to be working properly. so i take the numbers up 5 and down 5 from the nights drawing for the next days hit in that track.
