Sort of, but probably not because I doubt very many gun dealers are physiologists.

Can hear it now, "before I sell you this gun, any thoughts of doing a mass shooting?" customer: "nope", dealer: "OK here's your gun".

Heard on a radio buy and sell talk show people selling firearms and ammo. Doing that probably prevents background checks and requiring legal dealers to ask weird questions.

I'm sure Congress will come up with definitive answers; they always to.

Colorado is re thinking their gun laws. Why is it always looking at ways to rectify a wrong only AFTER the disaster? Kinda like the bridges in the Bay Area. Only after the 89 earthquake did we bridges retrofitted.

Not sure if there is a real solution other than crossing their fingers and hoping one of the "open carry" states don't have an OK Corral shootout.
