Personally- l have nothing against sane & intelligent people from buying & carrying a firearm. The idea that you need a militia in this day and age is ridiculous, obviously, the founding Fathers did not foresee the day that we would have policemen & policewomen. We already have law enforcement who gets paid by us. This idea that if my “ interpretation of the law” differs with law enforcement, we need to bear arms & if it comes to it- let’s have a shootout.

We do need a well armed militia. Our right to bear arms so that if at some point we need to take arms against a treasonous government, we have them and the right to do so. 9th Circuit is WRONG

Well, which militia, the 3%’s, Proud Boys, Oath Keepers? All those militias were for “ overturning a free and fair election.” Besides, how do you co ordinate such a movement? Who calls the shots? You were born 200 years to late IMO.

Really doubt taking up arms against a government is a good idea especially considering our government has a huge military backing it up. Don't know what they mean by "well armed", because most of militia weapons are useless against attack helicopters and tanks.

Bet they didn't hear that Trump's former lawyer Sidney "wait for the kraken" Powell admitted her claims about voter fraud and criminal actions by Dominion Voting Systems was all a lie. Sure hope none of the militia people take up arms base on lies.

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Yep GR, the oath was given right after they called our name and we stepped forward. Knew a guy that didn't step forward, but I'm not sure if he got 5 years in prison, a $50,000 fine or both.

Having an opinion that our government is treasonous, no problem, but "taking arms against it" is really stupid. And I'm not sure if by definition it's possible for any government to treasonous.
