Ribs
Mix
1 can tomato sauce
1 onion diced small
1 green pepper diced small
1/4 cup curry powder
cayenne to taste
salt to taste
Massage into ribs. Then rest the ribs for 1 or 2 hours, best over night if possible.
Now the ribs are ready for the grill.
The weather is heating up...now go light that grill.
