That's a fair question and l wish l knew the answer. But Red States also have mass shootings, do they not?

Hello, Hello? Only 19 states have some form of Red Flag Laws, California is ONE of them.

Hello back at you. My response is the indication taken from your post that the reason for the shooting is " because Democrats are in charge "- my point is Red States have their shootings as well. Pointing fingers helps no one.

Criminals and those that are deranged, or just hell-bent on killing can't be bothered to obey laws, including red flag laws.
Perhaps if an employee was able to carry a firearm, that person could have stopped the shooter before he killed all those innocent people.
