There are clearly lots of Republicans that do think she isn't playing with a full deck- but there are others in here that will hang on her every word, those are the ones " we" need to be careful of. These unhinged folk will believe anything that gets their juices going. I can think of a few here, so can you. Who knew of Powell before the election results, l know l did not, yet she suddenly emerged on the political scene with bizarre claims about the election results & became the darling of the right. Even when she was exposed to be a fraud, she is still welcomed as a celebrity at these functions.

These folk co- mingle conspiracy theories with Qanon thinking and come up with packaged nonsense. Like " release the Kraken, missing ballots, bamboo in the paper." It's mind-boggling that many of them will put up a spirited defense for a guy that is so self centered & self absorbed that they will believe anything he says.

They flocked to his rallies to hear him regurgitate lies after lies, and they got to be so de sensitized to Truth, that one wonders how they make it through a day, let alone a week.

Breaking away from the cancer on the party would be a great first step, taking it can be proven to be difficult.

It's not the same as Chicago Cubs fans (or any other major league baseball team) saying their team was cheated out of winning 1994 World Series and some might have a logical case for saying they were cheated in 2020. But there can't be any logic from a President that calls a probable fatal virus a hoax and then catches it himself.

Lots of people, many of them posting on LP are still saying the election was stolen for numerous reasons but none have shown logical reasons of how that could be possible. Popular vote does not determine Presidential elections, but if there is large discrepancy between two elections that might be a logical place to look. Trump lost by almost 3 million votes in 2016 when he was elected and lost by 7 million in 2020.

Other than the obvious "more voters believe he did a terrible job" the number of voters could be questioned if states hadn't made it easier to vote because of the pandemic Trump called a hoax. So they must look elsewhere for logical reasons of any wrong doing.

Powell is claiming if any wrong doing can be proved, Biden would be removed and Trump would be reinstated. She might be correct if the United States was a banana republic but we have Constitution that not only clearly defines the removing of a president but succession. Sorry Ms. Powell but you're wrong again.

The anti-1/6 commission people are saying it was just a coincidence those "peaceful tourists" got carried away and made some errors in judgement at the Capital Building the same day Congress was ratifying the 2020 presidential results. But again because the U.S. Constitution defines the ratification process and what is necessary to declare a winner, claims of voter fraud became moot.

l saw a bit on Youtube where a supposed " Marine" in the audience at that " God & country rally" asked Gen Flynn " Why can't we have a Myanmar-Style Coup in America?" Flynn replied- " l don't know why not!
To think this guy was Trump's National Security chief.

Flynn sure got his money's worth when he paid Trump to pardon him.

It's possible the Justice Department might look into retired General Flynn calling for a violent military style coup like the coup in Myanmar where over 800 people were killed.
