Pop ups in the middle of your screen are dangerous, scripts that execute when you click on the X or try to close.....

Key combo Alt-F4 on Windows ops. closes most forward windows open, try it. Very good for not getting infected whilst trying to close pop-ups and browsers.

Thanks!! That's good to know. Usually if it looks real bad I'll just shut the whole machine down. And then reboot and run an AV scan.
