Yep, de-fund and abolish all police departments. They then will install police that will answer to no one but the intelligence community. The IC in this country is the top dog.

Like Pelosi is starting to insert capitol police officers in a couple states.
Anyone remember Obama's Civilian National Security Force? Could be on the horizon.
