* Protesting is not illegal, insurrections are.

The double standard is real.
Rioting is illegal too. But none of the rioters last summer has spent 6 months in prison for it.

Willfully inciting or urging others to engage in a riot results in up to a six-month jail sentence. The penalty bumps up to a 10-year prison sentence if the riot results in serious bodily harm to a victim or more than $5,000 in property damage.

The law prohibits the incitement, assistance, and participation in a rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States and its laws. The punishment for this crime is a fine, a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison, and ineligibility for public office.

* True, but this person is a politician- equating the insurrectionists with her actions are ludicrous. She was not breaking down doors, fighting with cops ..the comparison is bullsh**

* Now if her actions were LIKE the folks who attacked Capitol Hill, sure, lock her A** up.

As a politician she should know better than to lead a protest inside the capitol. If you or I did the exact same thing she did, what do youi think would happen to us?

* Do you really need reminding that : There were 147 Republicans who voted to not accept the results of the Nov election. There were 8 Republicans of which were Cruz, Kennedy, Hawley amongst other things & 139 Rep of Congress.

*Now think on those numbers and then ask yourself " Why am l G asking this silly question when far worse things have happened with my party people."

The only one's not thinking clearly is you. What the audits are doing is exposing the cheating the dems are accused of doing.

If they didn't do it, then they have nothing to worry about. Right? So then there's no need for them to fight against the audits. Right? You know they would love to prove Trump wrong. Right? This would be the golden opportunity to do it by releasing the audits. It would a grand slam for them.

But... they're fighting against it at every turn. Why? Because they KNOW they did it and they don't want it exposed. If people find out, they are finished as a party and they know it.

The more they resist the more guilty they look. And the more it shows Trump was RIGHT! The fact that you keep calling the audits bs, proves YOU KNOW they are guilty too. Otherwise you would saying, DO the audits!! Prove Trump WRONG!!

Open your eyes!! If they cheated and they get away with it, there will never be another fair election in this country ever again. Is that what you want??
