NG, as far as I understood while back when I read the reason for the crash, it was the pilot's bad decision, not the quality of the helicopter's performance. It was foggy out and the pilot got disoriented thinking he was climbing, when in fact he was plunging to the ground.

Forgot to ad, there is a strange phenomenon going on with commercial airliners that have flight numbers in the past, which raises eyebrows.. The number of crashes with flight numbers associated with 911 in various positions, but mostly 911 in that order is most mystifying.

I had a hard time looking for examples, maybe because of suppression, but I did find one story which could ick-start the source of what I saw in a documentary a month or so ago, very strange.
