* How typical:

*After Trump chose Tillers as he's Sec of State & subsequently fired him, Trump said " He was useless."

* Trump chose Bolton- got rid of him " Useless."

* Got rid of Flynn " Useless" then re thought his move.

* Hired Jeff Sessions until - " Useless."

* Chose Mike Pence- until " Useless" for certifying Biden as the winner of the Presidential election.

* Trump makes poor decisions and never takes responsibility for he's actions, it's always the other guy's fault.

Odd that nobody will blame the situation in Afghanistan on the Afghans, who are as dumb as toddlers and maybe can't be held accountable for their actions. That's insulting to toddlers though, since they can once in a while clean up a mess and basically know right from wrong. Not to mention, toddlers know that towels aren't clothing.

* Everyone is to blame, including the Afghans . We had " no business" going in there. Sooner rather than later we would have got Bin Laden. Besides he was killed in Pakistan not Afghanistan.

* Getting into that place was " easy" set up camp and begin fighting, but getting out is another thing. The lessons from Vietnam were not heeded. You can't win in the jungle, nor can you win in the desert.

* The US needs to stay the heck out of the Middle East, whether it be these desert countries or Syria etc- it's just asking for American lives.

* We lost more than 240 Marines in one day under Reagan's watch in the 80's, when are we going to learn from our mistakes?

We thought we could create a democracy with a loyal army to protect it. Meantime the Afgans looked at it as tdy 'job fair'
training program with no risk benefits with Uncle Sap as the Sucker :-(
