They all need to go, they are all responsible for that disaster.

Going to be a big problem finding a rental.
Some of what I read quite a few mom and pop landlords are bailing out of rental property. Selling out to owner occupied buyers for one.
Read yesterday a college student was looking for a rental in their college location and the landlord wanted six months rent up front.

There are also too many people who could have afforded the rent and refused to pay under the moratorium.

I owned a rental property about thirty years ago and got stuck for $2,500.00 from the renter for unpaid rent. Does not pay to be Mr nice guy.

Then there were the people who got laid off during the C-19 thingy and getting extra in unemployment and still chose not to pay rent.

Now they are all out scrambling to pay the back rent or searching for another rental when their stuff is set out to the curb.

Many people also received mortgage payment deferrals???? I wonder what that is going to cause.

I sure do miss President Trump.
