They are not approved. The approval is for the Comirnaty vaccine, which isn't yet avaible to the public. And won't be until January. So if anyone says the vaccine you are getting is FDA approved, they are lieing. What you are getting is the Pfizer shot that is still under the EUA.

So if you get the shot and the vial says Pfizer Biontec and you have an adverse reaction, too bad. You're SOL.
If you get the shot and the vial says Comirnaty and you have an adverse reaction, then Pfizer is liable because the Comirnaty vaccine has been FDA approved.
