I doubt it. I don't believe Larry Elder wanted to win because I saw numerous interviews where Elder said "Gavin Newsom has done a good job for the people of California" and all I really saw was Newsoms team editing all those clips into a campaign commercial. I don't know if they did but if I were running Larrys campaign I would have told him not to say that as it was a very boneheaded way to attack newsom and was not a cogent campaign slogan on Larrys part.

A big DUH!!! To Larry Elder...hopefully he will wise up if/when he runs again.
