Every socialist country CREATES shortages of needed items. If you do what the gov't says, they lift the shortges. Untill there is nothing left due to all the constant shortages.

Same thing with the shots. You get the shot/boosters, then you can go back to work, go to movies, concerts, ball games, shopping etc. If not you have to stay locked in your home.
Eventually, everyone becomes a prisoner of the gov't.
