Dopey Joe CAN'T answer questions unless somebody writes down the answer and puts it on the teleprompter for him and then he tries to yell at certain weird points to pretend he is really concerned about whatever his leftist radical handlers wrote for him. It would be funny if not so tragic what these radicals are doing to this country.
