The Democrats were saying walls don't work all through Trump's Presidency.

So why put a wall up around Dopey Joe's house?

Oh, I forgot, he likes to swim nude in front of everybody including his female Secret Service Agents. So it's probably not Joe that wanted the wall, it was more likely his neighbors.
