I believe that the overwhelming issue causing young people to quit their jobs is peckerheadism.
Such a large percentage of our youth are lazy, useless peckerheads nowadays. Now I'm in the Bible Belt and a much larger percentage of our youth here are raised in church and taught proper values and core beliefs and decency and having a work ethic and living by God's Word. But that ethic is largely ancient history in the cities, especially the big ones. There, the youth is comprised of a huge percentage of peckerheads.
And worse yet, we all know what peckerheads do when they grow up.
They vote Democrat.
