I would like him to go a step further and sue for products that don't look ANYTHING like the picture they show advertising the product. Fast Food products are notorious for that. Especially when they show things like the amount of bacon added to a sandwich for example. The picture will show bacon hanging out everywhere and then when you get it you have to search for it under the pickle or something.
