It's ok. They won't tell him he's being sued.
He would just say something stupid on camera.
Best to keep him out of that mess.

No, they're really suing Dopey Joe.
His handlers (the ones running the country) just aren't telling him about it cuz he'll say something stupid about it and embarrass everybody like he did with the $450,000 payments to illegal aliens.
