What a Doofus. Maybe he caught dementia from Dopey Joe.
At least he's only embarrassing himself now and not our country.
This was at the ridiculous and very silly Climate Summit in Scotland where hordes of privileged Muckety-Mucks flew massive pollution spewing jet airliners to chat with each other about stopping pollution. Obama humiliated himself by trying to look like he was well versed about whatever the hell he was trying to communicate. What a pompous ass.
