The three reasons for Travel Restrictions as I see it are as follows:
1) Making you do what the government tells you to do.
2) Making you think they are allowed to and supposed to tell you what to do.
3) Setting that obedience as a precedent and establishing permanent CONTROL, the fantasy of every Democrat.
