That's a Democrat Mayor and administration there in Baltimore so nothing good is going to happen. Democrats don't help good people; they only help bad people.
If she wants help she'll have to join antifa or blm and then they'll help her cuz she'll be more politically aligned with the Democrat crooks running that city.

I'm glad she wasn't "battling menstrual cramp relief."

Maybe that's why the water bill was so high, just kept filling the hot water bottle, cramp relief isn't cheap.

I would imagine it's even worse if you're "battling" it.
