They won't do anything, the elites will hire security and they will build bigger walls around their homes.
They will ignore it until one of their own becomes a victim.

All corruption causing further CA decay, until the earth beneath will collapse and the whole state will slide into the Pacific as fore told; even the pacifying powers of the Ocean will not suffice and like the legendary Hi Tech Atlantis will sink under the waves Hi Tech Silicon Valley once and for and all ~~~~~~~~
