Obstruction of an official proceeding

Published:

A federal judge has refused to throw out that key charge and those defendants could face up to 20 years in prison. Not talking about the people beating the Capital police with their flag poles, but probably a couple of goof balls thinking it was a "fun thing" to do. Wonder how many of them are saying:

"I'm just a patsy" quoting Lee Harvey Oswald, November 22, 1963?

* Can you imagine how they felt the morning of , Jan 6th. It’s not as though these folks showed up at the rally & just so happen to find “ Zip ties & baseball bats along the way.” These folk came LOOKING TO BREAK into something. Of course Trump couldn’t tell these folk in advance that they were going to assault the Capitol- but they heeded his call to “ show up & be prepared.”

* Now l read that Ms Greene & others are complaining about the facility etc etc. Hey, it’s not Holiday Inn Express. This is how things work, you attack the seat of democracy, you don’t get a bone in steak for crying out loud. Once these folk serve serious time in general population, they will come out more wide eyed than before. The justice system needs to send a clear message to coming generations that this behavior will not be tolerated.

It's starting to look like the plan was to get hundreds of people involved by firing them up at rally and telling them to go to the Capital Building and "save their country". Lots of those arrested are admitting it was a very dumb thing to do especially after seeing beating Capital police officers with flag poles or anything else they could get their hands on.

And lots of them are blaming the liar-in-chief for making all the frivolous election fraud claims. Just can't imagine someone going to prison because they believed a slick conman. When the dust settles there might be lots the new GOP people wearing orange.
