It is my contention that Merrick Garland is a Nutjob for one simple reason.

He apparently thinks that his job as AG is to be a nut and force his nutty ideas onto business people and entrepreneurs that he considers beneath himself in a truly Marxist and nutty fashion. He is the epitome and essence of today's typical Democrat and one of the litany of reasons they will be CRUSHED in coming elections.

The corruption and incompetence of the Democrat Party as a whole seems to have gone from endemic to innate and knows no bounds. Rather than learning from their mistakes, they embrace them. They double down on them. They expand on them.

They just don't get it.
