With only two major political parties in the US why would they care.
And both political parties are one big club.
There are a few in Congress who show their independence. Not that many but enough to maybe save a nation with their vote.
Joe Manchin for one and Maybe Sinema to save us from their plan to federalize elections.

It's because they are too dumb to realize it. They don't care that they look like total morons.

The dems certainly don't care with the policies they've enacted since Jan 2020. JB and KH's job approval ratings are going down the toilet and they haven't done anything to reverse them.
Open borders, increasing crime, high inflation, higher taxes, etc, etc. If they think these things are going to keep them in power they're crazy.
There are already 24 dems that said they are not running for re-election in the midterms. They saw the light and don't want to be part of the coming dem disaster in Nov 22. Getting out while the gettings good.

* The minute Trump was elected - the rot set in. Pissed off our allies, created a climate of racism & zenophobia. The party is now neck deep in it. Just consider these so called voter integrity steps passed in multiple Red States to " protect the voters" from voter fraud despite there being none found in the 2020 election.

* One wonders what will become of the party once Trump & his influence is over.
