There is no room, no closet, no pantry, no garage door, no cabinet, no drawer, no heat register, no blinds anywhere in the house that my cat doesn't have to see what's on the other side and work to get it open or sneak in somehow to investigate and find the highest spot to sit and observe her domain.
There is also no toy you can provide that will occupy her time more than the cords on the venetian blinds.
Sometimes I feel like kicking a field goal with her but then she jumps in my lap and wants to be held like a baby until she falls asleep.
