If he had walked into a school and shot 3 people, he would have been out on bail the next day.
If he had been a career criminal in NY, LA, or Chicago he would have been back on the street an hour after being arrested. If he had been arrested at all.

Whatever happened to the right of a speedy trial?

I know he was being sentenced April 1, I was referring to the others still in jail.
