I agree!   I can't stand noise. In fact, I will even turn off the air conditioner and the refrigerator for an hour to get some peace. (the fridge is being replaced)

However, the noise inside my head is a whole other story. Those people just party all the time.

It will also let your brain flourish, to be free of the drone in the background, at least for awhile. The mantra also works more efficiently noise free.

I can't stand noise anymore. I leave the television off as much as is possible with two teenagers. It just bothers me anymore and there is almost never anything on good anymore.
