They're not really quitting or leaving or moving out of state (although that would be nice if they did).

They're Democrats, so we know they're liars and have deeply rooted mental issues.

This is all rhetoric and whining and sniveling, cuz that's what Democrats do. They crave sympathy.

As always, they've intentionally created a problem and now they claim to be the only ones who can solve it.

They are supposed to be there to TEACH the prescribed courses, NOT to indoctrinate other people's kids to embrace their psychotic depravities and perversions to make themselves feel better because misery loves company.
