So does Dopey Joe want to crack down on criminals to solve this problem?
Of course not.
He wants to outlaw "ghost guns" which haven't been used in any mass shootings or killings or anything else.
With Democrats, it's always the gun that kills people, not the Democrat that's shooting it.
