He could have said anything.
His wife the "doctor" tells him how to respond to everything and when to sit and when to wave and everything else. Dopey Joe didn't even know where the hell he was. When he heard Trevor Noah, he thought it was somebody from the Bible.

LOL! Last time Robinette Bidet opened the pages of a Bible was more or less 60 years ago. But he still remembered hearing something about that dude Noah from way back in the day. So he laughed and clapped like a seal like at the jokes being made at his own expense.. With all due reverence, of course.
