If you go back and check (not that anyone would want to) you'll find (as I'm sure you know) that Numbnutz recites the same mantra on every post. I don't even bother trying to educate him anymore. I've tried explaining to him how negotiations work and how Trump threatened withdrawal from NATO as a bargaining chip and thereby got them to start paying up but he's just too stupid to comprehend it. He's like a broken record. If you look up Insufferable Moron in the dictionary, it shows his picture.
