I don't know about this elephant but elephants in general are treated horribly and brutally all around the world and that should be stopped. It takes pain, abuse, torture and suffering to train an elephant just to give rides to people in foreign countries. Then after doing that all day they are chained up in a tiny area and kept from socializing with other elephants. I find that to be inhumane. That is torture for an animal that has an innate need to socialize with its own kind.
