When a mass murderer explains how and why he chooses where he kills, it's a good idea to pay attention if you want to prevent future killings.

Too simple.
They always need focus groups and studies and panels of experts and surveys and stuff.
Doesn't solve anything but at least they can spend a lot and make a lot of money.
